CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged a $20 late fee. A no show fee of 50% will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations the day of the scheduled appointment. The same appointment may only be rescheduled 2 times. After that you will have to book a new appointment. Deposits are non refundable. Services are non refundable as time and product have been utilized. Retail products are unable to be returned due to health and safety reasons.
